A rather impromptu dinner at the Island with a friend on Tuesday night. She has been banging on about steak Tuesday for ages so we went. Steak and two side a tena, not bad, choose from a sirloin or Onglet - I have recently learnt that this is simply skirt. I went for plain cooked medium rare - cooked to perfection loads of its (came cut in stripes) I also had greens and not chips - very nice indeed! Thumbs up to Steak Tuesday
