I was invited last minute to join a friend for dinner at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London hotel last night. The service was very attentive and the food delicious. Very relaxed dim lit dinning room was lovely and really enhanced the experience. The menu was good, lots to choose from. I went for the SQUID À LA PROVENÇALE Tapenade croûton which was very very good indeed - served cold which i wasnt expecting but yummy all the same. Followed by a very blushing ROAST RACK OF LAMB Garlic confit, watercress and thyme jus - very tasting and tender. All in all a bloody lovely bit of grub!
